The QQQ has reached the MS2 Level at 305.24. After a ‘Fast Move’ to the MS1 Level. A move from above the Open to below the MS1 in approximately 15 minutes. The QQQ pulled back but did not reach the Open of the day. The ‘Weakest Markets’ do not have a tendency to pull back all that much.
