Reversal Behavior

Continuation is not guaranteed. Reversal behavior must be measured.

A defined level being reached does not mean price will continue in the same direction.

Reversal behavior is part of the structure. It must be studied directly rather than treated as an exception or ignored after the fact.

Research principle: continuation and reversal are both outcomes that must be measured under the same defined condition.

Why This Matters

Many trading approaches overstate continuation and under-measure reversal. That creates a distorted view of what the market actually does.

By measuring reversal behavior explicitly, the framework avoids treating failed continuation as merely anecdotal.
